Look them over, print the page, answer the ones that apply, and mail it to the Republic Township Hall, PO Box 338, Republic, Michigan 49879-0338, or drop it off in person, at the Township Office located at 279 Kloman Ave. in North Republic.

Some questions to people who may have ideas about the entrance sign.

1) Compared with other towns, what makes Republic special?
2) What would you like to accomplish with the new sign?
3) If Republic was a person, who would that person be... someone famous ( goes toward style )?
4) Where would you ( Republic ) like to be in the next five years?
5) What are the greatest opportunities for growth as a community ( family, tourism, mining... )?
6) What promise would you like to sell to the public ( safety, fun, recreation )?
7) Who is the client's current audience? ( retirees, youth, bikers )?
8) Do you want another clientele? ( new businesses, tourist )?
9) How does the town or surrounding area's residents view the town?
10) How would you like these people to view your town ( you're trying to build loyalty )?
11) What do you have to offer, that other places don't?
12) Where is Republic as a town?
13) Where would you like to see Republic go as a town?
14) Is Republic stagnant?
15) Is Republic growing?
